I know this is a UK based event but I know we've got quite a lot of members from the UK who read the forum (even if they don't post). 
CHINformative is a UK forum run by myself and my friend Debbie - we have been attending some large events over the last 12 months or so to promote the correct care and husbandry of chinchillas as well as simply promoting them as wonderful pets.
Debbie and I, as CHINformative, have been invited to participate in the London Pet Show in Earls Court Two on May 12-13th. It's the second year the show has been run and it's bigger and better than ever for 2012!
The primary focus of the Discover Small Furries section is correct care and husbandry. We will be taking along some friendly chinchillas so that people can experience these wonderful creatures up close & personal. Our aim is to promote all aspects of responsible chinchilla ownership (as we do here on CF). We're also doing a daily talk in the Small Furries Activity Square all about caring for chinchillas.
