ok this was just about 4 minutes ago and one of my chinchillas ran down to the bottom ledge and they do have like sensitive caluses on there feet but im thinking he may have poked himself there and he made like a whining like noise and I check all over and theres no bleeding or nothing like that. I let both of them out and there bouncing around like crazy so they must be ok. just had a scary moment and thought they got hurt. there both running on all limbs so theres nothing there. I did touch his caluse and he did kind of flinch.
