Chinchilla ate my hair! Help!!

Please help! My chinchilla just are a huge chunk of my half. Tried to get it off him but couldn't get to it in time. Will he be ok?

He will probably be OK. Just keep an eye on him for a few days. Any loss of appetite or changes in his poop are indicators he might have a blockage and time to go to the vet.

Ok thanks. I know they chew anything big seriously don't see what's appetising about hair! I've noticed him eating fur that's came off him and out other chinchilla and he seems to have have been ok so fingers crossed he's ok this time x

Hahaha yeah, I've lost chunks of hair to my girls too! He probably just thinks he's grooming you!

Like already mentioned, just monitor his food/water intake, and his poops.
He'll most likely be fine.
