Cage Designs

I'm sure there's another thread about this but I guess I'm blind tonight I'm making my husband build Dolly a new cage before he deploys. I don't have the first clue on what to do. Thought maybe you'd like to share designs, advice & whatever else. How do I know the materials are safe? Is there a certain kind/brand? I'm also wanting to make her a pretty big cage. Her toys are overflowing in hers now (She's extremely spoiled) Is there such a thing as to big when it comes to their cage? Sorry for all the questions, just want to make sure I don't cause Dolly any harm

The cages are 28 in wide, 24 in deep, 6 ft tall, all on wheels. The box is made on furniture grade pine, the back is white melamine, the shelves are 3/4 in particle board coverd in tile. The potty box is in the lower left corner. Each cage cost around 180.00.

Thanks...I did stumble across your cages earlier. I don't know what my issue was last night when I was trying to find cage designs
