are these safe?

i was just wondering if anyone could tell me if these are safe for the chins or not i wasn't sure if it was just flavoring or if there were actual pieces of fruit in there, thanks

I would assume just looking at the package that there is fruit in the ingredients.

Ingredients: Sun cured timothy grass forage and sun cured alfalfa hay forages, human grade cranberries infused with apple juice, natural bentonite.

No, they're not safe. Cranberries and apple juice are too high in sugar. The only time I've read differently was in one of the breeding FAQs. I believe there's a 50/50 cranberry juice mixture that you can use to help the mom after delivery.
