Timothy hay packing

Let me know if I am being too picky. I usually get my hay from RabbitHole and it is packaged in plastic in a new box or I just buy the smaller bags. I ordered some hay from Etsy to try out, just 2 pounds. It came in a Amazon box that had seen better days and was not packed in a plastic bag. I do not know what was in that box before they packed the hay but the box looked like it was used more than once. I do not want to use the hay. Would you use the hay or ask for a replacement?

That sounds sketchy to me, I personally wouldn't trust that. I know some companies do pack their hay just in boxes, no bags, but they are new boxes not reused Amazon boxes.
