Safest hay management options

Hi all! I have another question. Currently I use a ceramic dish to hold the hay, but it is not very effective at keeping the cage tidy.I have been looking at all the different hay feeder options, but I read how bad hay balls are because they could get their head stuck, and now I am terrified to buy any hay feeder my chinchilla could maybe possibly get his head stuck in. Does anyone have any opinions or suggestions? I have been looking at these two different options on Etsy:

I am leaning toward the first one since it doesn’t look like he could get his head stuck, but I’m worried he’d jump in and get stuck inside it.
The second one looks like it’s will contain the hay better but again I am just worried about any potential dangers.

I have two kind of similar to the first one, just no lid and only one hole, and never had an issue.



These ones are also all safe ones you can buy in pet stores.
