I decided to try this, and was going to order the: 10 lbs chinchilla supplement boxed and shipped by us mail shipping included in price. When I got to the finalize transaction the cart figured the shipping charges in. Is that something they refund you back or am I just reading the shipping included in price wrong or something?

I would suggest to just call Jan to make it easier for you. This way you can tell her about the website.

When I have ordered the cart has not added extra charges in that I can remember, definitely call.

This happened to me, I got an email 15 minutes after I placed the order informing me of a refund.
If you haven't ordered it yet, give them a call, they are super helpful.

It happened to me once, too. It looks like they are aware of it now and hopefully can get it fixed.

I've only ever ordered over the phone, it's a lot easier and they're always really friendly.

Well, I went ahead and ordered it online last night, and haven't recieved a refund on shipping yet. I'm weird and hate calling places, but if I don't get a refund soon, I guess I will call.

Got the supplement today, and although I never called or recieved a email, the cost was correct on the reciept. Thought I'd let people know in case this happens to someone else.
