Please does anyone have a safe paper mache recipe

Hello does anybody have a safe paper mache recipe that I can use to make things for my chinchillas supervised playtime?

Chinchilla will not be left alone with it

I would not do anything paper mache, unless you cover it in fleece or something so they can't chew it. Paper can cause a blockage if swallowed, and even safe glue is only safe in tiny amounts.
