Plant Identification?

May be a bit of a long shot but thought there may be some plant people on here, so I figured I'd try! I saved this plant from the dumpster today but have no idea what it is. It is really tall; about 3 feet. It's leaves are thick, have a shine to them and kind of rubbery. It's stalks/branches are woody and thick as well. There are a little bit of red hues mixed in.

Any ideas??

Hard to kill as long as it gets enough light. Popular in doctor's offices. Some people are allergic to the sap, so you might want to wash your hands if it gets on you.
