I fell asleep and mistakenly forgot the dust bath was in my Chins cage. I woke up this morning to dust all around the cage... did I overexposed my chins to dust? Will they experience dry fur? Is there anything I should do?

One night is not going to hurt them, the problems (dry skin, eye and respiratory issues, etc) happen when you leave the dust in the cage all the time for weeks. The worst that likely resulted from over night is they likely peed and pooped in it, so I would toss it. If you want to try to clean up some of the mess you can vacuum up the excess dust around the cage, but the chins should be fine either way.
