Is this a Violet?

Hello guys!

I was just wondering if this chin is a Violet.
I'm thinking about buying it, haven't decided yet. The owner says it's a violet female, but I'm not that sure. Can you please tell me if it's a violet or sth else, like a Light Ebony? Thanks!

Sort of hard to see by that lighting and picture quality, but it looks like a violet in need of a bath.

yes it looks like a very off color and dirty violet.

agreed, a violet in need of a good dust bath daily for a couple of weeks maybe more

also agree it is off color, possibly caused by lack of baths, color of red around it or simply is off.

this said, dosen't stop him from being a cutie

I agree, it looks like a violet. Taking pictures of chins with a red background doesn't help very much for sure.

It looks like a ebony violet...or violet wrap... I can't tell for sure.
