greasy-looking fur

My chin Ralphy is around 7 years old. Ralphy is 800 g and eats like a pig, and is in great health with the exception of cataracts in his left eye without complication per vet.

His fur really is greasy looking. His skin is okay, but his fur looks like he's been handled a ton without a bath. I don't hold him excessively, and I don't want to bathe him super frequently because his skin gets dry easily. Are there fur supplements or something? He doesn't chew his fur or anything either.

How often do you give him a dust bath?

About once every week just like the others ) Sometimes a little bit more or less

How humid is the room? You can dust chin a lot more often than that. In the summer I dust 2 or 3 times a week.

if he is looking greasy, he needs more baths. Start with twice a week and if that doesn't bother him and doesn't do the trick, try 3 times.
