i'm just switching over to fleece cage liners for the first time & was wondering if using them in the summer affects their body temp compared to other bedding materials? i don't want them to overheat. thanks in advance!

As long as the temperature of the room is around 65, your chins will be fine. It's no different than the hammocks and tubes we provide. When they get too warm from sleeping in the fleece, they move.

I use fleece liners year round but I have lots of granite in my cages too. They move from hot spots to cool spots as needed. The only fleece I take out for the summer are the fleece cube houses. I just use those in winter.
