Hm, well my thoughts on heaven really depend on what you mean by heaven, I believe it's a high plan of existence not necessarily a physical place with "golden gates and harp playing angels" like you see on tv, I don't think it's a physical location, it's where your "soul" goes after you die, I also think a soul is a soul regardless of what animal you are, be it human or... say a chinchilla. I do also believe in reincarnation, though I think it's likely a choice. As for revelations... I don't know, that book is entertaining to read, but leaves a lot open to interpretation.

I don't really know, but beyond human comprehension. I guess my description would be... Light, colorful, the concept of pain doesn't exist, you are at the same time yourself and one with the collective.
 
I got to get going now, husband came home with some packages I ordered. I got a new thermometer for my office where the chins are that I can access from my phone. :)
 
Btw. What I mean when I say "give your testimony" is tell about when you were saved!😊 I was saved January 1st, 2017! Daddy had just preached the day before, about how that we don't know how long will be here, and we need to make sure that we are ready for when our time comes to die. I went home terrified that night! I was afraid you're gonna die in a car at, or that I was going to die in my sleep, for something else tragic was going to happen and I would end up going to hell because I was not yet saved! My sister that time, really really really had a strong desire to be saved but was way too young as she was only 6And obviously at that age, And obviously at that age, you can't really understand enough to be able to know when Jesus is calling you. Anyway, it had began to happen every single night, Kayleigh will call mom and daddy and there and tell her that she needed to be saved. Obviously, as usual... It was a false alarm. But that was going to be different, nobody knew it yet though. Once they were down explaining to Kayleigh, that she was just too young and she was going to have to wait a little bit longer, I told them that I needed to talk. I was 9, so it was a little bit more realistic for me to have Jesus calling me then my 6 year-old sister. That 9 as she's just come live in my heart and that was the best day of my life! I obviously have never regretted it and never will!


I believe that heaven is, in fact, a physical place, but will not always be somewhere else! I believe that once any unbelievers and demon angels, and Lucifer/Satan go to the lake of fire, God will bring heaven down to earth! And he'll live with us here forever! The reason I think that, is because before the fall of man, everything on earth was perfect! Just how God had originally created it! But when Adam and Eve sinned, God had no choice but to punish them. He made it harder for them to live on earth, and put a curse on the ground that would be there until God lifted it! Also, when God sent the flood, He promised that he would never flood the earth again! But he never said that he wouldn't destroy this earth another way. I believe it he somehow will! My dad personally believes that animals won't go to heaven. I like to think they do though, I'm not completely sure. I believe that there will be many animals in heaven! Most likely they will be about like ours! Only God knows! The thing is, you can only get to heaven if you have a soul. Because when you die it's your soul that goes to heaven. But my dad doesnt believe, that animals have a soul And even if they did, a chinchilla, though I have heard they are very smart, would not be smart enough to be able to make a decision to go to heaven which I believe is it decision you personally have to make for yourself. I know that part IS true. I don't know for sure about animals going to heaven. I hope they do!

Wow! That's neat!! Hey, um...is this safe? Its plastic but its supposed to remind you when your bottle needs a refill.

Oh, I don't have much of a story, and I don't remember the day or even year, but it was an evening service in December when I was in my early teens (13-15 age range). The did a sermon on how everyone can be saved you just have to ask, or something along those lines. Then did a prayer and with everyone's heads still down asked if anyone wants to talk more, and I went and talked with the pastor.

Yep those are safe, you just need to be sure you wash it regularly since they can be algae magnets. I just dump it out each time I wash the bottle (once a week), give is a spray of vinegar, wipe it off good with a paper towel and rinse it before putting it back in.

I'm glad you went to a church like that! Many churches teach you that you have to work for your salvation, be baptized to be saved, you can loose your salvation or that only certain people are chosen to be saved! That's why I asked. I know you probably think it's none of my business but as a Christian, its just kinda my job.😊 I take that job very seriously and just didn't want to miss a opportunity if you hadn't heard of Gods love for you. Since I am a pastors daughter, its just kinda natural for me to ask anybody and everybody if they know Christ! It makes me very relieved to hear you are saved! My story isn't very impressive either compared to some, but the fact that you were saved during that story DOES make it "much of a story" even if its not to others, its the story of how you made the most important decision in your life! That is pretty special if you ask me!!❤

Hey, I just realized some sentences i that text don't make a whole lot of sense! I was talking to text as I am right now because I don't like that it takes so long when I'm typing it. Lol.
 
I stumbled upon this post and decided to revive this thread. I can totally relate to your experience of hopping around different churches to find the right fit. Exploring different churches can be a great way to discover new communities and grow in your faith. I personally have had a wonderful experience with the churches portland. I found a community of believers who not only share my beliefs but also offer support, encouragement, and friendship. It's amazing to be part of a group that is united in their love for God and desire to serve Him.
