They weren't really sharing even though there were enough twigs to go around, they all decided they were going to steal Allora's twig. What looks like sharing in those pictures is really evil masterminds trying con twigs from one another.

Wait til they decide to steal from Mom! Scooter used to go up and take Cead's sticks, and she'd just willingly give them up to him... Over, and over, and over again.
