Yes i dont think i bought it from super pet and no bars were broken all is good i found out that i could put the latcch under the bar above it to provide extra safety so she can gget out hopefully it works.

she got the door open somehow and i know FORSURE i did not leave it open and triple checked to make sure it was infact close before going to bed.

this is my new chinchilla i just got her today september 7th 2010 at 8:20am whoot whoot for waking up so early to go get a new pet<3 she is a hetero-beige and shes about 1.5 years old born february sevententh 2009 (we're assuming).
