Mastitis in nursing Chin!

One of my females has suddenly developed mastitis on one nipple and won't allow her kits to nurse they are 5 1/2 weeks now and I have them separate as she's attacking them.
I have done rats before but wondering what drug have others have used with success for Chins with mastitis? Doxy, Baytril, TMS?
And if I should try giving the kits whole goats milk or puppy Esbilac at their age or not risk upsetting their systems and just let them wean onto hay/pellets if they keep good weight?
 
I can't help with what drugs to use, but I know if you do go with milk replacement go with goats milk. It's the closest to chinchilla milk you can get, puppy and kitten milk is known to kill kits since it's the wrong kind of protein in it they can't digest it very well. However, if they are already at least 200g you can wean them on to hay and pellets, just keep a close eye on them and make sure they are still gaining.
