I only advised a vet visit if the teeth didn’t look normal. Other wise I agreed with it just being bored.

With my chinnies I just laid in the play pen with them and just let them run all over me. And eventually they learned to trust me, you have to move slowly to pet them. They are good at remembering things too, so if you spook them once you’ll have to build that trust up all over again.

I agree with this. How often do you let her out to play? I would also look at her teeth and make sure they look okay. My Chinchillas never did that. If her teeth look good and you are giving her adequate playtime everyday, then I would take her to the vet for a check up.

My Sullivan beige chinchilla Squirt died. He had a GI infection and was put on antibiotics but it didn’t work. I even had to feed him by syringe every 2 hrs because he stopped eating. I loved this little guy to no end!!! And I miss him terribly!! I am making a video and will put it on YouTube...

No there is no one I can send them to. We ended up getting marble slats from Lowes (because I couldn't find any chinchilla cool blocks). We took them out of their cage and put them in their play pen which is a tarp with a play pen wire wall and a tarp on top. The floor tarp should keep them...
