I didn't realize they started offering these as an option. I wouldn't use them for all my chins, but I have a Mom & Daughter who love to pee on their shelves so I will definitely get them for this pair.

Is this vet an exotic specialist? How does he know she has no issues if there were no x-rays performed? Where are you located? Maybe folks can help you locate another vet for a second opinion.

It's a little bit further, but Windcrest Animal Hospital in Wilmington, DE has 3 exotic vets on staff and a 24 hour emergency hospital as well. We just worked with Dr. Anthony and he was exceptional.

Found a great chinchilla vet today in Wilmington, Delaware today at Windcrest Animal Hospital, Dr. Anthony Dallatore. We live in Philadelphia and had gone to NorthStar but they are 50 minutes away and only have one exotics vet Dr. Doolen who was great but you can only seem to get an appointment...

Will white vinegar work?

It seems that some of my ladies are developing a bad habit as they are getting older. They seem to like to pee on the corners of their shelves which is resulting in the pee sliding down the cage wires. Is there an easy and safe way to clean this?
