I feed Oxbow pellets since I read in this forum about which feeds and nutrient percentages were good for chinchillas and found that was the best one sold in my area.
Today I took a trip to my local Petsmart and there were no Oxbow pellets anywhere, despite all the other normal Oxbow products...
