I've seen some chinchillas specific toys made with Yucca wood/root. Is it safe for chinchillas? Is the root safe? I've never seen it before and couldn't find much about it when I googled it so figured it'd be better to ask.

I have a young 6 month old female that seems to have a dark mask on her face and a dark back. White belly and light sides. I keep thinking she's going to change to a more even coloration but she seems to have settled on this look, what would you call this coloration? Does anyone think it will...
