Do you have to be a chinchilla breeder to attend this? I have a chinchilla but am not a breeder but I might want to check it out.

New to the group, I'm searching for either a breeder near Bakersfield, CA or someone selling a female chinchilla in CA. I was hoping for something other than the standard grey. I'm not a breeder. I'm just looking for a friendly chinchilla as a friend for my current female.
