I have those where my chin pees (he has 3 favorite spots, including his litter box). I use a half vinegar/half water solution (very hot) and wipe them off.

Thanks Shenanigans! I check but some people have no idea what a chin is and try to put them into a rabbit cage o_O there aren't many people who have them here, I think it's too much work.

I have a Chin Spin, I picked it because it doesn't take up as much floor space as the other platter type. The only noise that comes from it is when my fatty pounds his feet running really hard or my SuperPet cage squeaking at the joints.
