Water shouldn't be taken out of the picture as the culprit, but what about food-borne bacteria? How do you store your food? Where do you store it? How do you handle it? When was the last time you bought food for your chins? I'm so sorry that you're going through this. :(

The first claim was resolved through PayPal a few months ago. I have a friend who had nothing but glowing reviews about her, so I wanted to give her a second chance. Glad to know it's not just me, though-- I thought I had offended her somehow! :P
