    Fleece

Are you still doing critter nation sets? How much for the liners that go on the bass metal pans?

    chinchilla won't use dust bath!

When I got my two rescues, they both snubbed their noses at the dust as well. I use blue cloud. They wanted to have nothing to do with it for about a week. Then, I figured I'd just put it in a shallow, wide pan, so they wouldn't have to go into the dust bath house. Two days later one started...

    Sweet Chin Turned Agressive.?!

I'm no expert so take anything I say with a grain of salt, but my first thoughts would be several possible things. Maybe she's in pain? Maybe something's wrong with her that's causing some sort of discomfort and manifesting its self in aggressive behavior? I'm assuming she's eating/pooing...

I think I'm going to be sick.

I'm not sure the details, but it might not be safe to keep a rabbit and chin in the same room? Or is that just the same cage/proximity? I know that rabbits carry things that can make chins very sick, so it might not be especially safe to have a rabbit and baby chins near eachother.:hmm:

I think I'm going to be sick.

Looking at that video I definitely see a lot of extra movement towards the top but... I'm no judge. Perhaps an alien's about to burst through her back?? O.O My guess, is she's very pregnant... I could definitely be wrong. Its that or the aliens.

Wood shelves and hanging chews in!

I love this cage set up so so much! <3 Star Trek. Makes me wish I had the ability an tools to make something like this! Good job!

I think I'm going to be sick.

If she likes rescuing animals maybe she should have done a little research. One of the big no nos being putting chins together without the appropriate bonding measures... Yikes. I feel bad for all three chins.

    Female pairs

If example helps at all, I have two female pairs and they get along fine. Of course, they were already bonded when I got them. I heard somewhere that female/female is a little harder to bond, but overall it seems like all chins are hit or miss when it comes to bonding or staying bonded. It's up...

I'll try to get a pic of it tomorrow.

    Grooming Delema

I can't be absolutely sure cause I've never encountered this before. Three of my chins have perfect coats, with no clumps sticking out. The one I believe is matted seems to have longer fur then the others, if that makes any sense? It's not as 'manicured' and uniform looking as the other three...

Serious sudden fur chewing case HELP!!

Oh my gosh, that looks so bad! Poor chin! I wonder if amputating it wouldn't be dangerous as well? That infection looks like its all the way to the base, and to create a huge open wound by cutting it off....not to mention how would stitches work in closing that wound with that skin being so...

    Grooming Delema

Oh I agree in general, though I do like to give my pets a brief time to settle in before I lavish attention on them. I would have probably already brushed out the matts if I weren't worried that she may be pregnant, and she's already had to deal with the stress of a completely new home...

    Chinchilla Taxidermy (??)

Taxidermy is usually just taking the skin off and putting it on a mold or fake skeleton or something from what I understand, so I didn't realize that you meant freeze drying. 300 seems reasonable. From what I've seen on that show, this method is very good at preserving the fur (which is...

    Chinchilla Taxidermy (??)

You may want to consider freeze-drying your pet. They can be shaped and perserved in the manner you like, and its said the pet looks a lot more like your pet. Very realistic, instead of just a skin on a fake skeleton. This would avoid the afore mentioned problem of the pet just not looking...
