Goji berries are awesome for my parrot but I feel They still have a good amount of surgar but less than a raisin I think. Plain Cheerios are my go to treat they don't love them as much as dried fruit but they like them.

Flowers are good for Chins it is part of their wild diet. I would think that Hybiscus would be good for them.

I have fostered and placed 26 chinchillas and 14 more to go. My Aunt was a chinchilla breeder. These poor Chins were neglected after she passed a year ago. I inherited her neglected herd.
