Paper streamers?

Are they coloured? I don't think the dye they would use on the streamers is safe for chinnies..
But if you're looking for safe treats -- apple sticks go a long way!

I was looking to just hang it in the cage to keep them busy. I have decided not to though. I made some other toys and stuff.

I do apple sticks. i was just wondering because i have TONS of paper streamers. i have decided not to though. I found they LOVE toilet paper and tissues. :)
