crusted fleece? urine? semen?

So whilst changing Ollie's fleece liner I noticed that there were two or so crusty spots, as in the fabric didn't bend as easily. I probably have my head in the gutter but my first thought was ejaculate (like humans). but is it pee? I can't imagine pee becoming dry and tough. Should I be concerned or is this normal?
 
I would say it could be either..

I find those crusty little spots sometimes too, I don't think it's anything to be concerned about :) as long as it's not blood or diarrhea!
 
Female fleece is the best kind of fleece. Also if it smells like pee then it's pee (also if it's light fabric the pee would be orangey) when dried I notice pee can be crusty. I only have girls with fleece items atm though so I could only relate that. :p
