Please help,
my chin's penis won't retract. He's 9 and never had any issue like hair ring, so I didn't realize immediately how serious this might be. I just washed it lightly with water and put some lube, but if anyone has suggestions I would really appreciate it.
He seems fine and hungry as usual..
is there anything else I can do before taking him to the vet tomorrow?
