help ordering bass pans?

I tried to call bass pans but they were closed today. I remember another woman on here said she had gotten the sides of her ferret nation bass pans raised for $6 per pan. Do you have to call to have that done or is there an option on the site that Im missing?
 
I've never seen that option, but in my experience the company has great customer service. Try calling back on Monday :)
 
When I ordered mine (April of 2011) I had to call to have the pans increased in depth to 3". The upcharge to do so was an additional $6 per pan and this was the deepest they would make them. However, be aware at the time I placed my order they were backlogged for aprox. 2 weeks so you may have to wait a bit as they said it's common for them to become very busy at times.
