I just bought an 11 month old chin named Cleo. She seems to be lethargic and zoned out. She stares off into space and doesn't realize I'm there often until I touch her wiskers. The main concern of mine is that she holds her head at a tilt, always with her right ear up. Is this normal?

Has she seen a vet? Sounds like she needs to see a vet ASAP.

It sounds like your chin might have a bad ear infection. She needs to see a VET ASAP before this gets worse and results in death
