I'm wanting to make my own chins some treats of what I have around my property (that's safe of course). I seen that a lot of people feed their chins dried hibiscus for treats, is rose of Sharon the same thing and is it safe to feed the flowers from it if it's dried? Also I'm wanting to dry out my own rose hips and whole rose buds. Any tips on how to do these would be appreciated!

You can dry rose hips in a warm oven or food dehydrator, and rose buds can be dried in the shade. Hibiscus that is given to chins is Hibiscus sabdariffa (picture is shown below).

Do you have dandelion or nettle? Chins love these herbs!

We have dandelions in the spring time, I'll have to wait until next spring and get some!
