Im not sure how many of you know about my situation, I know I dont post alot about myself in this forum. But I wanted to share this with you guys!
I got a Letter in the Mail on Saturday, that says: I was granted a Permanent Resident Visa!!! Now all I have to do is send my passport in! Or hopefully take it to the embassy here in Los Angeles. (im not sure if i can take it in myself there or not yet)
I am just so excited!! After a few years of wanting to move to Vancouver to live with my then Fiance` now Husband, I am finally going! There is just so much stuff I have to get done! Pack my stuff, pack the chins, buy stuff for the chins, get rid of old things.
The worst part though, is that I have to pay off my car or get it financed in Canada in order to take it with me! Also, I have to quit my job. I have grown fond of my Boss, he is super nice and very considerate. The job duties i can live without, and also this job is a one position for the rest of your life job. But also I am afraid to quit because I have medical Insurance and a steady income, and a chance to go to Tokyo. But that's another story.
The really cool part was that My Husband was here when I got the letter. We are so happy!
This morning I dropped him off at the airport to go back to canada, and i was thinking i could hardly wait till I can see him everyday. We've been together since 2001! So many years...
Anyway, Thank you guys for reading this! I just had to share.
