Our only chin, Hero, passed away yesterday at the age of 3.
Hero was in his own home. He went to sleep on his favorite blanket and never woke up. He had an advanced case of malocclusion and so was on painkillers, so we hope he wasn't in any pain when he went.
He was a sweetheart, super sociable, and became everybody's best little friend at the vet's office over the past few weeks. He was friendly to just about everyone, and would wake up with us every morning at eat dinner with us every night. He was our constant companion over the past 3 years, and there is a big empty hole in our lives where his happy little face used to be.
Rest well Hero. We miss you, sweetheart.
