I've had really good experiences here. They have a small pet specialist (Dr Casey).

I've only contacted them by phone for info, but they seem knowledgeable.
 
In case of emergency we have been happy with Animal Emergency Referral Center (aercmn.com). They have locations in St. Paul and Oakdale. They have vets with exotics experience working 24 hours a day.
 
Como park really knowns what they are doing. Had to take my chin in for dental work and they were extremely knowledgeable. We just came from an area that were very lacking in their dental knowledge and Dr Casey was really on and took care of our baby with the love and care she deserves. I am so glad we moved here!
